Skills Required

CAD : Team Leader

• Minimum experience 3+ years in Survey /   Architectural Drafting maps.
• Monitor team members participation and motivate   them.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Manage the flow of day to day operations.

• Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in   Architecture/Civil/Mechanical   Engineering.
• 3+ years experience in Survey /  Architectural Drafting  maps.
• Good communication skills.

REVIT Modeler

• Experience on Planning & Estimation required.
• Minimum 2 years in AutoCAD, Revit & other CAD /   Estimation software is mandatory requirement.
• For independent Client handling   good communication   and coordination required.
• Preparation of CAD Drawings and estimation   are primary requirement with that time to time   managements instructions to be followed.

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in   Civil/Architectural background.
• Sound knowledge on REVIT,   Architecture, 3DModeling, 2d, BIM,   Archicad.
• Good to have autocad, modeler,   revit structure knowlwdge.
• Experience in computer software   such as MS Office suite.

3D Visualizer : Team Leader

• Individual to communicate clear instructions to  team   members.
• Responsible to listen team members feedback.
•  Monitor team members participation.
• To ensure the training team member are being   provided is being put into use.
• Manage the flow of day to day operations.

• Any graduate.
• Minimum 2-3years of experience in technical position.
• Strong experience in 3Ds max using   V-ray.
• Good knowledge on Photoshop.

3D Visualizer : Fresher

• Good to have communication skills.
• Positive attitute for grasping new knowledge.
• Good Knowledge on Architecture.
• Passion to grow.
• Visually communicate concepts, draw well and  be   very detailed.

• Any graduate.
• Minimum 0-6 months of experiance   in technical position.
• Strong experience in 3Ds max using   V-ray.
• Good knowledge on Photoshop.
• Good to have Poly Modelling   knowledge.
