Quality Assurance

Quality assurance goes beyond manual testing, as modern systems require advanced methodologies. Automated testing techniques can autonomously identify errors, reducing costs and time by over 80% compared to traditional methods, while improving system uptime.
Our organization employs both manual and automated processes to ensure high quality for our clients.

Upon receiving client files, we review them and compile a list of requirements. 

Project Team: 

The team consists of a Project Manager, a Team Leader, and a variable-sized production team. The Project Manager selects team members and determines the team size based on project volume.

The team discusses the client's requirements, and if needed, conducts training to ensure familiarity with specifications. To maintain quality, the team is divided into three groups: Production, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA).

Production:

The project is executed by the Production team, and once completed, files are sent to the QC team.

QC Team:

The QC team evaluates the files against a checklist. If errors are found, the files are returned for correction. If not, they are forwarded to the QA team.

QA Team:

The QA team reviews the files based on their checklist and overall criteria. If the files meet client requirements, the project is delivered.
